Earl L. Vandermeulen High School band students Meara Kelly (grade 11), Nathaniel Lawler (grade 11), Kay Moran (grade 10), Fiona Reichers (grade 12), Madison Testa (grade 10), Isabela Thomsen (grade 10), and Charlotte Tishim (grade 10), recently participated in the 64th Annual Mid-Island Band Festival at Sayville High School. Accompanied by high school band teacher Mrs. Christine Creighton, the festival concluded with a performance conducted by Mr. Michael Sarling, a music teacher from the Bayport-Blue Point School District.
