Earl L. Vandermeulen High School Junior Madison Testa Shines at NYSSMA All-State Winter Conference

Earl L. Vandermeulen High School is proud to announce that junior Madison Testa recently performed in the prestigious New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) All-State Winter Conference in Rochester, New York.

The NYSSMA All-State Winter Conference is a highly selective event, bringing together the top student musicians from around the state for an unforgettable musical experience. Madison’s exceptional talent and dedication to her craft earned her a spot in this distinguished orchestra, where she had the opportunity to collaborate and perform with other talented musicians in various challenging and rewarding repertoires.

“It is a tremendous honor that Madison was selected to perform in this prestigious ensemble,” said Dr. Michael Caravello, Director of Music and Fine Arts at Earl L. Vandermeulen High School. “Her hard work, talent, and passion for music have set her apart, and we are incredibly proud of her achievement. Madison represented our school and music program with great pride.”

The All-State Symphonic Orchestra comprised the most talented high school musicians in New York State, chosen through a rigorous audition process. Madison’s participation in this event showcases her excellence and highlights the strength of Earl L. Vandermeulen High School’s music program, which continues to nurture and develop young musicians.
