Art Club
Open to students in 5th grade
Art Club provides support and enrichment for students seeking a creative outlet. Our students have unique ideas and powerful imaginations. This club will grant them the opportunity and space to work through their artistic expression in a safe environment. The Art Club meets after school on Wednesdays from 3:35-4:15 PM.
Chess/Scrabble Club
Open to 3rd, 4th and 5th grades
Chess & Scrabble Club meets on Wednesdays from 3:35-4:15 PM. Come engage your mind in the art of strategic thinking! Students in grades 3, 4, and 5 are welcome to join us as we hone our skills in these two challenging activities.
Garden Club
Open to 3rd, 4th and 5th grades
Garden Club is a chance for students who have a green thumb (or even those who wish they did!) to come and enjoy the feeling of satisfaction that comes from planting, growing, and harvesting their own plants. Students sell what they grow in order to raise money for future crops. Please note that this is a seasonal club; more information will be provided as details become available.
Homework Club
Open to 3rd, 4th and 5th grades
The Homework Club meets in the elementary school library. It is intended to give students a quiet place to complete their homework. Students must have an assignment and book with them in order to attend each week. The purpose is to provide instruction and support for homework for grades 3-5 attendees on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
Intramurals
Open to 3rd, 4th and 5th grades
Intramurals is an after school activity where participants play a variety of team games. These activities promote leadership, cooperation and communication through recreational sports.
3rd grade intramurals is on Wednesdays from 3:35-4:15 PM.
4th grade intramurals is on Tuesdays from 3:35-4:15 PM.
5th grade intramurals is on Thursdays from 3:35-4:15 PM.
LEGO Club
Open to 2nd and 3rd Grades
LEGO Club is based on the FIRST LEGO League program. It is designed to incorporate the four principles of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). The LEGO Club meets Tuesday afternoons from 3:35-4:15 PM and is for students in 2nd-3rd grade.
Science Club
Open to 3rd Grade
Students are invited to join and explore the wonderful world of science! Science Club is a way to provide more hands-on opportunities to explore fun, safe, and exciting scientific experiments outside of and separate from the classroom experience. 3rd grade meets on Wednesdays after school at 3:35-4:15 PM.
Student Government
Open to 3rd, 4th and 5th grades
3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students are elected by their peers to represent students' interests in our Student Government Club. The class representatives meet with faculty advisors on Mondays 8:10-8:50 AM.
Yearbook Club
Open to 5th grade
This club is open to our 5th grade students who enjoy photography and design layout. Students meet on Tuesdays with their advisor and work together to create an artifact of their last year of elementary school.
