The boys varsity soccer team received their state championship rings at an event hosted by the Richard and Mary Morrison family at Graceful Rose Restaurant in Port Jefferson. At the ceremony, Director of Health, Physical Education and Athletics Debra Ferry presented the rings, which were donated by the Richard and Mary Morrison Foundation, to each member of the squad, while Superintendent of Schools Kenneth Bossert delivered the proclamation from Senator Ken LaValle’s office. In addition, students received a championship sweatshirt to commemorate their prestigious victory, courtesy of head varsity coach John Poulianos.
