The Port Jefferson School District Music and Fine Arts Department is still accepting registration for the Summer Music Camp at Port Jefferson and will be doing so through July 1.
 
The summer music camp provides a unique opportunity for beginning and advanced students to start or continue their musical training while meeting new friends and playing music together.

The camp offers several levels of musical training classes, including ones for beginning band and string that allow students to start their musical experience prior to the upcoming school year. There are more advanced classes for current elementary and middle school band and string instrumentalists and a Little Maestros program for students in grades 1 and 2.

The camp operates for three weeks from July 10-27 with times varying depending on experience levels. The fee is $100 per student for the Little Maestros program and $175 for all other students.
