Port Jefferson Middle School sixth-graders took part in the 10th annual Suffolk County Elementary Math Tournament, held on May 11 at Stony Brook University. During the competition, the students excelled at answering difficult questions and Luke Dickhuth participated in a nail-biting tie-breaker to earn fourth place out of 75 sixth-graders. “Overall, we had a great day!” said math teacher Megan Ryan.
