Port Jefferson musicians Annalisa Welinder (grade 10) and Lucas Welinder (grade 8) were recognized by Brookhaven Town Councilwoman Valerie Cartright for their outstanding musical achievements and strong commitment to the community at a ceremony at Brookhaven Town Hall on March 2. The ceremony was attended by their parents, middle school principal Dr. Robert Neidig and Director of Music and Fine Arts Dr. Michael Caravello.
