Soccer Player Signs with Marist
With her parents standing beside her, high school senior Jillian Colucci signed a letter of intent to attend Marist College in the fall on a full soccer scholarship at a signing ceremony on Feb. 1.

Jillian, an accomplished athlete, holds a number of titles. She is an All-Long Island Soccer Player, Suffolk County Soccer Player of the Year and has been named an All-American soccer player by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. She also recently helped lead her school’s varsity soccer team to two back-to-back Class C State Championships.

In addition to playing varsity soccer since the seventh grade, Jillian is a member of her school’s varsity basketball team, president of the Varsity Club, a member of the National Honor Society and treasurer of the Interact Club.

“We couldn’t be more proud of Jillian,” said Director of Physical Education, Health and Athletics Danielle Turner.
