High school junior Chloe Dugourd has earned a Golden Key as part of the annual Scholastic Art and Writing Awards for the Northeast Region. Selection for this honor is based on the judges’ criteria, including originality, technical skill and sense of vision. Chloe won the award for a photograph she took.
